Annual Onsite Field Trip With FPFD 2021-2023
Students and Fort Payne Fire Fighters meet annually to discuss the training, duties, and lives of individuals that decide to join the fire service. Students also face their fears, climb the 100 ft ladder truck, and take a victory picture with the high school as a backdrop.
Sgt. Jenkins Job Shadow
Public Safety students interview Sgt. Patrick Jenkins of the Fort Payne Police Department. Sgt. Jenkins answers questions concerning general Law Enforcement practices and gives a roadmap for joining a local agency. Jenkins also explained the process of writing vehicle citations. 01/26/2023
