FFA

FFA is a dynamic youth organization that changes lives and prepares members for premier leadership, personal growth, and career success through agricultural education.

FFA develops members’ potential and helps them discover their talents through hands-on experiences, providing the tools needed to achieve real-world success.

Members are future chemists, veterinarians, government officials, entrepreneurs, bankers, international business leaders, teachers, and top professionals across many career fields.

FFA is an intracurricular student organization for those interested in agriculture and leadership. It is one of the three vital components of the Agricultural Education model, alongside Classroom/Lab instruction and Supervised Agricultural Experience.

Gary Bell has been a dedicated educator for many years at Fort Payne. Highly involved in hands-on instructional programs, he works with students in areas of agricultural science, construction, and skilled trades. His passion is helping students develop real-world skills that prepare them for both industry and post-secondary opportunities.

Mr. Richard Camp

Agriscience & Special Education

Born and raised in Fort Payne. Graduated from Fort Payne High School in 1986. My teaching career began at Fort Payne Middle School in 1995 and moved to Fort Payne High School in 2006. I taught special education from 1995–2018 before becoming an agriscience teacher, the position I currently hold. My coaching career includes: Head wrestling coach (1995–2007), Jr. High Football (1995–1997), Varsity Football D-line coach (1998–Present), and Girls Varsity Soccer (2015–2020).
